The meeting will please come to order. I'm Peter Kong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of K&S. I would like to welcome you to our 64th shareholders' meeting as a public company. We're excited to be hosting this meeting virtually, which will allow us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our valued shareholders.
Before proceeding with the business of the meeting, I need to make a few administrative announcements. I would like to point out that the audio portion of this meeting is being broadcast live over the Internet at our website, www.kns.com. We have shareholders attending this meeting the URL as printed on our proxy statement. As is our custom, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting.
