Thank you for attending the Dar Global first six months of 2024 results. I'm coming to you today recording this presentation in our new office in Riyadh because we're going to talk throughout this presentation of our entry into the Saudi market and how important the Saudi market is for the growth of Dar Global.

Let me take you for an overview of what has been happening with us in three years and three months of its establishment. Dar Global is now present in nine global cities with projects and has seven global sales offices.
