Good morning and welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Exlservice Holdings, Inc. I'm Rohit Kapoor, Chairman and CEO. Thank you for joining us.

In accordance with the bylaws of the company, I now call the meeting to order.

Joining me today are my fellow directors, Vikram Pandit, Thomas Bartlett, Andreas Fibig, Patrick Geraghty, Kristy Pipes, and Sarah Williamson. Also joining via webcast are our auditors from Deloitte, external counsel from Troutman Pepper, and the members of our executive committee.

On behalf of the Board and all of EXL, I would like to thank Nitin Sahney, who is not standing for re-election. Nitin has served since 2016, and we thank him for his leadership and contributions to EXL. With that, I'll take a few moments to reflect on our performance in 2025 and early 2026 and our outlook.
