Great. Thanks, everyone. My name is Rajan Gupta, member of JPMorgan Auto Equity Research. We're very pleased to have with us the team from Magna to round out our conference today. Phil Fracassa, Chief Financial Officer; Louis Tonelli, Vice President.

Sounds great. Well, thank you, Rajan. It's great to be here. Thanks, everybody, for attending the session. Yes, I just wanted to kind of maybe just maybe offer a few themes coming off of our second quarter earnings, it just -- there were three things I wanted to leave you all with today relative to Magna.
One would be Magna's a company that's expanding margin, growing earnings despite a flattish industry production environment. So that's -- it's really an execution story at Magna, self-help operational excellence. It's having a big impact. And I know we
