Hello, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Michael O'Keefe, and I'm the Executive Chairman of Champion Iron Limited. I'll be serving as the Chair of today's meeting. It's now 7:00 AM in Sydney and 5:00 PM in Montreal. I welcome you to the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the company.
I'm advised that we have a quorum, being two registered shareholders, and as such, I now declare the Annual General Meeting open. Joining me today are other directors attending in person, Mr. David Cataford; Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Michelle Cormier; and Ms. Louise Grondin.
