Thank you, Rob. And good morning, everyone. Appreciate everybody at this time of the year, taking time to join us. We, this morning, had put forward some 7,000 pages for the merger to the STB and thought that we'd take a few minutes this morning to just go over the highlights and make sure everybody understands it or has a better understanding of what's in those 7,000 pages.
