Good morning all. Thanks for joining us today. I'm joined by Andrew and other members of the team are around as well if you want to catch them later. So the theme of these half-year results is that we've continued to grow the business and, at the same time, enhance our capabilities for the future. As I pointed out in our statement, our focus on self-help has continued to deliver.
We've grown in several key areas: completions, ASPs, sales rates, ex bulk, outlets, consents and profits, and all whilst reducing our exposure to cladding. This differentiated performance is a product of our strategy and execution, and that's been brought about by the skill and expertise of my colleagues at Persimmon, whom I want to thank for this great performance.
