Good morning and welcome to the 2026 annual meeting of the stockholders of Climb Global Solutions. I'm Dale Foster, CEO of Climb and a member of the Board of Directors. It is my pleasure to welcome you here today for this meeting.

To begin with, I'd like to introduce the members of the Board of Directors who are joining us by webcast today.
