Thank you. And thanks, everyone, for being here at the end of a great Denver show. It's good to be back seeing people, and I'm happy to be giving a presentation I've been giving since inflation was supposedly transitory, and that is building low CapEx mines in an inflationary environment. I will, of course, be making a forward-looking statement or two.
So Minera, we're mine builders. I always say we have way too many companies focusing on the front-end of the Lassonde Curve, and not enough, like Paddy's before me, wanting to actually build mines, and that's where long-term, sustainable value, in my mind, comes from. Our team has been operating in Mexico for 13 years now. I placed four mines into production over their careers.
And we have our first mine that's up and running. It's going through pre-commercial ramp-up right now. And we have a second project that's already sitting fully permitted
