Good morning. I'm Doug Satzman, Chief Executive Officer of XpresSpa Group, Inc. I will be serving as the Chair of today's meeting. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the management of XpresSpa Group, I welcome you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of XpresSpa Group, Inc. We appreciate your attendance at today's virtual meeting.
As you know, as a result of the continuing public health and travel risks and concerns due to COVID-19, we are again conducting our 2021 annual meeting in a virtual-only format via this live webcast. We thank all of our stockholders for their understanding and flexibility as we continue to navigate the pandemic.
