Viasat Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to now call the meeting to order. I'm Mark Dankberg, Chairman and CEO of Viasat. It's my pleasure to welcome all of you here today to our Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We're hosting our annual meeting virtually this year to provide a convenient and consistent experience to all stockholders regardless of location.
Before proceeding to formal business, I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce some of our Directors and officers who are joining us today. So our Board members, starting with Shekar Ayyar, Rick Baldridge, Barbara Frenkel, William LaPlante, Sean Pak, Michael Paull, John Stenbit, Theresa Wise, and Jinhy Yoon.
