Good afternoon. It is now 12:30 PM Pacific Time, and I call this meeting to order. Welcome to the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders of ThredUp Inc.

I am James Reinhart, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of the company, and I will be presiding as Chairperson of the meeting. Alon Rotem, who is the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of the company, will act as the Secretary of the meeting.
