Tidewater Inc is an oil and gas equipment and services company. The company provides offshore services for exploration and production companies. To provide these services, Tidewater uses supply vessels, towing vessels, utility vessels, fast crew supply vessels, and tugs. The company generates revenue through long-term contracts, ranging from several months to years, to perform services for offshore drilling rigs. The company operates internationally, with large shares of companywide revenue coming from the Americas, Europe, and sub-Saharan Africa.
