Good morning. I'd like to officially call the meeting to order and welcome all of you to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Telebio Incorporated.
I'm Doug Evans, Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, and I will be presiding at this meeting. Now this year again, we're holding our Annual Meeting in an all virtual format.
