Good morning. I would like to welcome you to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Thryv Holdings, Inc. I'm Joe Walsh, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Thryv Holdings, Inc. I will act as Chairman of the meeting. We are hosting the meeting virtually by webcast. We have designed the format of the Annual Meeting to ensure that stockholders are afforded the same rights and opportunities to participate as they would at an in-person meeting.
