Timber Pharmaceuticals Inc Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon. I'm John Koconis, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Timber Pharmaceuticals, Inc. I'd like to welcome each of you to the special meeting of stockholders being held by remote communication.
Before I begin the formal portion of this meeting, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Gregory Malatia, who will act as the Independent Inspector of Elections. Representatives of Lowenstein Sandler LLP, our outside Corporate Counsel, are also present.
Prior to the meeting, I appointed Joseph Lucchese as acting secretary of the meeting. I asked Mr. Lucchese to include with the minutes of the meeting a copy of the affidavit of distribution, a certified list of stockholders, a notice of meeting, and the proxy statement which we refer to as the proxy materials. The notice of meeting and proxy statement were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 17, 2022.
