Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you very much for joining us despite the busy schedule today and also come all the way from the station to the south, which is a bit different from the place that we usually have this meeting.
Today, as you can see, I'm going to talk about 3 topics. I'll talk about the financial results of the previous fiscal year and then the outlook for this fiscal year together with the management policies. And then third is the next medium-term management plan. I'd like to share with you our thoughts behind this plan.
