Thank you very much for attending the Murda Real Estate Holdings second quarter financial results briefing for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Without further ado, let me start my presentation.
Please turn to page 4.
Opening revenue for the first six months was JPY397.7 billion. Business profit 60.7 billion yenan. Profit attributable to owners of parent, JPY31.3 billion. Operating revenue increased, but profits decreased in a year. In preparation for the start of construction of Blue Front Shibaura Tower and we decided in the second quarter to demolish the Hamamao building, resulting in an extraordinary loss. Demolition began in October. We plan to record an extraordinary loss of JPY13.9
