Tyson Foods Inc processes and distributes value-added beef, chicken pork, prepared foods and related allied products, including animal and pet food ingredients. Its product brands are Wright, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, Ball Park and Sara Lee.

Tyson raises, processes, and distributes raw and value-added beef (38% of fiscal 2016 sales), chicken (30%), pork (11%), and prepared food (20%) products. Most revenue is domestically generated, with 11% of sales distributed via international channels. In addition to commodity sales and products under its namesake brand, Tyson sells items under the Wright, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, and Ball Park labels. Tyson's livestock-raising is concentrated in chicken, with third-party farms providing the cattle and hogs that the firm processes.
