Good morning. Welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of TuSimple Holdings, Inc. It is now -- and the meeting will come to order. We are holding this meeting virtually because we believe a virtual meeting provides expanded access, improves communication, enables increased stockholder attendance and participation and provides cost savings for our stockholders and the company.

My name is Cheng Lu and as the CEO and member of the company's Board, I'll be providing -- presiding over this meeting. I'd like to introduce some of the people virtually attending this annual meeting Mo Chen; Mic Mosier; James Lu; Tyler Mcgaughey; and Zhen Tao from our Board of Directors; Eric Tapia, our Chief Financial Officer; and Alex Zhang from UHY LLP.
