Good morning, everyone. I'd like to welcome you today, and thank you for taking the time to dial into our fourth quarter results webcast and conference call. My name is Ross Jerrard. I'm the Interim CEO and CFO of Centamin, and I'll be hosting the call today. Joining me on the call is Jeremy Langford, our Chief Operating Officer; and Alexandra Carse, our Head of Investor Relations.
