Thank you, Sarah. It gives me great pleasure to be here together with John on this webinar to introduce the next phase for the company for what we are now calling new Forsys. The Board of Forsys has unanimously agreed that John is the right person to lead the new Forsys.
He brings a wealth of experience, a proven track record of leadership, and a clear vision for growth and long-term success. I personally have known John for many years and we've always kept in touch. So when I became aware that he had departed from Deep Yellow in late October last year, I realised that there was a unique opportunity.
I immediately contacted him and set out to try and convince him that this uranium company that I was Chairman of would make an ideal platform for him to apply what he has successfully achieved in the past. It has taken us all this time to now.
