Good afternoon. My name is Melissa Sondberg. I am the Chair of the Board of Directors.
I am delighted to welcome you to the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is taking place today in a virtual format.
Like to take a moment to acknowledge that Hydro One's head office is located on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Haudenosaunee, and the Huron-Wendat. We recognize that this land is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Metis people.
