Good morning, everyone. I am Tim Rorabeck, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of High Liner Foods Incorporated. Welcome to our Annual General Meeting for shareholders, and thank you for joining us today.
Before our Chairman calls the meeting to order, I would like everyone to know that while our Annual General Meeting has been webcast for many years, this is the first time we have offered capabilities to participate online, and it is the first meeting of shareholders with all participants observing guidelines on physical distancing. For many of you attending, this way is new, too, and we appreciate you adapting with us to ensure the safety of everyone.
