Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you for joining us today. My name is Jaime Guillen, and I am the Chairperson of the Board of Polaris Energy. We have determined that I will act as Chairperson of this Annual Meeting.
On behalf of the Board, I wish to express thanks to those shareholders who have submitted their proxies in advance of today's meeting. Since this meeting is being held in a virtual-only format via live webcast, it is necessary to set out a few rules for the orderly conduct of this meeting.
