Good morning, everyone. Before we begin, I want to thank Doug McGregor, Jane Marshall for their service to the trust, both serving extensive terms very well, and also Susan Travers for her contributions during her term on the Board. As Vice Chair, I will be leading today's meeting on behalf of the Board.
This is an important time for the trust leadership transition to provide an opportunity to build and gain momentum and reinforce our priorities.
