As a lot of you know, in 2022, Tucows, or TCX, is moving to 3 separate businesses. We're recording this video in February of 2022 with the intent of providing an overview of the differences between the past and what you should expect to see going forward. So this video should suffice at least for the next couple of years. I hope you enjoy it.
I want to first talk about the parent company, TCX or Tucows. You want to think about TCX now as a capital allocator or a holding company for our 3 operating businesses: Tucows Domains; Wavelo, our telecom SaaS platform; and Ting Internet. The role of TCX is also to provide a suite of services to those operating businesses. So what we've kept at the parent are functions like finance, HR, legal, M&A, IT and a couple little odds and ends. Those were not presented
