Great. Well, thanks, everyone for being here for the second session, this morning. It's my pleasure to have, Vertive. We've got sort of two sides of it, today to go through, Craig Chamberlain, CFO; and Scott Arnold, CTO, so both sort of recent, appointments.

Questions is around margins and how do these companies with a lot of data center exposure like manage very high production growth capacity additions and still kind of generate decent operating margins and high incrementals and so forth so maybe just start there the confidence around that it was a good. End or second half in the Americas perverted last year, but kind of how do we see the year ahead on incrementals?
