Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Wallbridge Mining Company Limited. Please note that today's meeting is being recorded. I would like to introduce Janet Wilkinson, the chair of today's meeting. Ms. Wilkinson, the floor is yours.
Good afternoon.
30 p.m. My name is Janet Wilkinson. I'm chair of the Board of Directors and I will chair today's meeting. On behalf of the board and the offices of the company, I welcome you to Wallbridge's Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
I'm advised that the requisite number of shareholders for quorum is present and we have the preliminary scrutineers report, which indicates that the majority of shareholders have voted in favor of each of the resolutions.
The final scrutineers report will be annexed to the minutes of this meeting.
