So Taylor introduced me as the Chairman of the company. Actually, in the recent -- in the last week or so, I become the CEO as well, so a little bit of a shakeup there.
So York Harbor is a project on the west coast of Newfoundland. Newfoundland is a great jurisdiction, and we're really happy that we've been able to find a project in Newfoundland that other people weren't looking at. There's been a big focus on gold exploration in Newfoundland. And we think we've found a base metal asset that actually was quite overlooked.

So this is a project on the west coast of Newfoundland. We own it 100%.
We went through an option phase where we had a $4 million expenditure requirement. We made that expenditure; we paid the payments. We've actually renegotiated the royalty agreement on that project as well, got that down to 1%.
