It is 9:00 AM Eastern Time, and I now call Tradeweb's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to order. I am Jacques Aigrain, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tradeweb Markets, Inc. Along with my fellow directors in the executive offices of the company, I would like to welcome you to our Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
This Annual Meeting of Stockholders is held pursuant to the bylaws of the company and written notice to all stockholders. In accordance with our bylaws, I will act as Chairman of the Meeting and Doug Friedman, our Chief Legal Officer, will act as Secretary of the Meeting. I will turn to him with any procedural issues that may arise.
