Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Pawel Wieprzowski and on behalf of Wood & Company, I would like to very warmly welcome you at the fourth quarter conference call with Kernel's representatives.

Thank you. Thank you very much. Today, we represent -- we present the annual report so thank you for -- to take place in our call today. I'm pleased to present the results of the group for the year ended 30 June 2020.
Our EBITDA increased to $440 million, net profit amounted $118 million and leverage ended up at 2.2x net debt-to-EBITDA as of June 2020.
