Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to our conference call presenting our results for the first three quarters of the '24, '25 financial year. First of all, a Happy New Year, and all the best and good health for 2025. With us today are two out of three members of the Management Board.
Stephan Buettner, our CEO, will start the presentation with an overview on the highlights of the first three quarters. Afterwards, CTO, Norbert Harringer will tell you what is going on in the group regarding raw materials production and investment. He will also comment on the group's ESG news. And in the last part of the call, CEO Buettner will comment on the business development in the three segments. He will also report on the condensed financial statements. And finally, he will conclude with an outlook for the remaining business years.
