Hello, everybody, and thank you for joining our conference call on Determination of the Participation Certificates of the Series D we announced yesterday.

My name is Thomas Fischler and I am responsible for Investor Relations at Draeger. And apparently, corona also had some impact on the availability of telephone conference rooms, that's why today we had to move this session to our web-based training tool.
