Good afternoon, and thank you for joining this full year results call. This, as you know, was the last year of the plan, and we were able to over deliver compared to the targets of the 3 years plan. And this is, I think, the best way to enter in the new plan that we have communicated announced to the market in May, and we are already -- on which we are already working on.

So the growth has been visible in terms of revenue, where we have achieved a 16% increase to all-time high of EUR 3.3 billion, and this is driven by the long-standing work on business diversification. Clearly, NII has been a positive news this year with plus 22%. We have managed to maintain a fee
