Good afternoon and thank you for joining us today to discuss the company's full year 2024 results and operational updates. This morning, Bovoian issued a press release reporting its full year 2024 financial results and also provided an update on our progress for the reporting period and year-to-date, which was marked by a strategic shift into kidney disease, creating a robust body of evidence for verribuumad's beneficial effects on kidney function, as well as significant progress both on the pre-clinical and clinical front, as well as on the corporate development side.
