Ladies and gentlemen, this year the 3 co-CEOs, Robert Gentz, David Schneider and Rubin Ritter, will again report jointly on the past financial year 2018. Well, we would also like to welcome you very cordially on behalf of today's AGM. We are happy that you have all come to jointly look back with us on the year 2018 because 2018 was an important year for us because it was our 10th anniversary as a company. And we -- I believe we're quite surprised about this 10th anniversary ourselves because we thought we haven't been doing it for such a long time, so time flew by.
