And why don't we jump right in? Carlos, give us a brief overview. What is WISeKey? What are your primary businesses?

Yeah, thank you, Matthew. Great to be with you again. So yeah. So WISeKey is a cybersecurity IoT company based in Switzerland and United States. We also have offices in the United States.

And WISeKey has been very focused on cybersecurity as a way of authenticating objects and people communications, right? So our current business has been -- it started with PKI, public infrastructure, and evolved subsequently with IoT as we also design our microchips that we put inside objects.
