My name is Mark Binns, I'm the CEO of BIGG Digital Assets, Inc., and I'll be acting as the Chairman for this meeting. I want to thank you in advance of your time and attendance at our 2022 AGM.

We've once again adopted a virtual only meeting to give all shareholders an equal opportunity to participate at the meeting regardless of their geographic or particular constraints, circumstances or risks that may be faced as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic.
