Thank you, Jimenez. Good afternoon, everyone.

Operationally, the quarter has been a relatively short one given August, but the outcome has been very positive overall. And we also have good visibility on the fourth quarter and year 2022. The top line of the company is clearly improving, following COVID. Of course, we have a dragging effect of the first half that will only flatten a little bit towards year-end. But in this quarter, we are printing a negative like-for-like rental growth of minus 1.2%, recovering 1 point from the situation in June.
