Welcome to Xoma Royalty's 2026 annual meeting of shareholders. I am Jack Wyszomierski, Chairman of the Board of Xoma Royalty and Chair of today's meeting. Thank you all for joining us today.

Let me begin by introducing your Board of Directors. Owen Hughes, the company's Chief Executive Officer, Heather Franklin, Natasha Hernday, Barbara Kozacz, Joseph Limber, and Matthew Perry.
