Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for being here. This is a combined general meeting, and we are meeting to announce the reorganization of Tikehau Capital as was announced on 20 May 2021. As you may know, we have to abide by social distancing, barrier gestures, wearing masks and so on and so forth throughout the meeting. So we'll be looking at transactions that will contribute to the simplification of the group's organization, which should result in a significant improvement in its financial profile and allow a new dividend distribution policy in order to increase value creation for shareholders.

This meeting has been convened by -- at the behest of top management. You've had all the information on the website. And in keeping with regulations all the documents were made available. We have here with me Mr. Mathieu Chabran, representing the Supervisory Board; Mr. Marcoux, who is the Deputy CEO of Tikehau Capital; and Geoffroy Renard, who is Secretary General.
