Good morning ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to our full year results 2024. I'm here with our CFO, Beat Neukom, and we are pleased to walk you through our performance of last year. And of course I would like to highly welcome Heinz Baumgartner, our Chairman of the Board of directors.
Before we start with our full year results, I would like to ask you to shortly read the disclaimer.
So This is our agenda for today. I will kick off with a business update, giving you an update of our business and some more insights of our reorganization and restructuring which we have announced in September last year. Then will explain to you our financial performance much more in detail.
