Hi and very warm welcome on my side to our conference call on our Q1 quarter in our new fiscal year. We are now in the midst of being a normal company with a calendar year, quite a change, but we're happy to report.
Moving over directly to slide 3, I think, the key message is that, although Q1 is still what I would say a weak one, we are firmly on plan. We have done one new private debt investment, which is concluded, and we have some more in the pipeline, so stay tuned there. I think, given the opportunities that we're seeing. And also, the pipeline that We will end the year maybe at around 15% to 20% of our assets are being allocated in the private debt segment, which would also be in the key
