Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. With me, beside me is Heinz Hössli, our Group CFO. We welcome you on our half year results presentation 2025. And ladies and gentlemen, we are glad and honored that we have so many participants in this meeting.

I will start with the group overview and my reflections on the first 150 days, its priorities, its achievements, but also the areas where we are working on in order to gain additional momentum.
