All right. Great. We'd like to get started. Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us. My name is Toshiya Hari. I cover the semiconductor space at Goldman Sachs. Very pleased, very excited to have the team from Microchip with us this afternoon. We have Eric Bjornholt, Senior Vice President and CFO; and we have also Sajid Daudi, from the Investor Relations team.
