Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Goldman Sachs Internet and Technology Conference.
A real delight to be able to present our next keynote speaker, who probably doesn't need introduction. This is a tremendous executive in our industry, who I had the pleasure of meeting, I would say, the honor of meeting back in 2002. And I always relate this to him, the world was falling apart, tech was bust, the NASDAQ was at 1,000, all hope was lost, and then I met this gentlemen who showed my the way and talked about a significant turnaround story that he was about to embark upon a technology icon that used to work at and is part of ServiceNow.
Ever since then, he's been a tremendous source of inspiration, a tremendous source of motivation, somebody you'd like to call an industry leader, a motivator, a big expiration and mentor and a friend, none other than Bill McDermott, President and CEO of ServiceNow. Welcome aboard, Bill.
