Good day and welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Cion Investment Corporation.
I would now like to turn the conference over to Mark Gatto. Please go ahead.
Thank you. I would like to call to order the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Cion Investment Corporation, hereafter referred to as the company. I am Mark Gatto, Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of the company. I will act as Chairman of the meeting.
I hereby appoint Mr. John F. Holewa of American Election Services, LLC, as the Inspector of Election. Mr. Holewa has reported to me that shareholders present at the meeting by proxy or through the web portal represent more than 1/3 of the outstanding shares of the company as of the April 30, 2026, record date. Therefore, a quorum for the company is present, and the meeting is now regularly and lawfully convened and ready to transact business.
