Okay. Well, good morning, everybody, and welcome to the second day of the 39th Annual Cowen Healthcare Conference here in Boston. It's a great pleasure to introduce David Meline, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Amgen and Arvind Sood, Vice President of Investor Relations. Okay, good morning. Okay, just to frame the opportunity for you as investors. If you look at the company over the last 5 years, we set out a plan for the company to transform the business. We had a number of objectives strategically as well as financially, and we are pleased to announce at year-end that we met or exceeded all of those objectives for the company.
