Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us at the Costco 2026 Annual Meeting. I'm Tony James, Chairman of the Board. Before we get started, I want to make a few other introductions. John Sullivan, our Corporate Secretary, will act as Secretary for this meeting. [Soleil Luke] will act as Inspector of Election and will be counting the ballots and reporting the final vote.
